Esha began writing copy for food businesses during the pandemic, and by 2021, she had successfully designed multiple menus for fast-food restaurants and small home businesses. She's been a food and travel writer for three years, having written for multiple travel and food blogs before landing a spot as a feature writer with Mashed. Aside from writing about food, she enjoys baking and recipe testing, and she has developed multiple tried-and-tested recipes for baked goods and Pakistani desserts on her Instagram cooking blog.

Esha has a Bachelor's in consumer psychology from University of the Punjab, Pakistan, and is a postgraduate candidate at West Virginia University (WVU).
