Bobby Flay Is Willing To Break The Bank At This NYC Seafood Restaurant
By JEN SHIORII ADAMS
As a Food Network star, author of 14 cookbooks, and owner of six restaurants, it’s safe to say Bobby Flay knows a thing or two about good food and high-end dining experiences. In a recent episode of the “Elvis Duran Show” podcast, Flay revealed the NYC restaurant he thinks is so “delicious” the price doesn’t matter.
Flay revealed that “one of [his] favorite restaurants in New York” is none other than Midtown Manhattan’s Estiatorio Milos. The Greek restaurant is known for its fish, and customers can pick which type of fish they’d like to eat before requesting how they’d like it prepared. However, the restaurant charges for fish by the pound, meaning that prices can quickly add up.
Flay recalled it costing “$170 a pound,” but said it was more than worth it. Flay explained, “If you want good quality high-end cuisine, you’re gonna have to pay for it.” Luckily for fish lovers, Estiatorio Milos also has locations in Miami and Las Vegas, along with several international locations. Just make sure to check your bank account before making a reservation.
