Television Academy (aka the Emmy Awards), offering fans a "Closer Look" series, posted a reel to Instagram asking Bobby Flay some questions about "Beat Bobby Flay." In the reel, the Iron Chef revealed that one of his favorite things about working on the set of his show on Food Network is the people he interacts with.

When asked what his "favorite part about being on set" is, the culinary celebrity stated that it's working with the crew, saying the show has over 100 employees — which he describes as "all amazing people and they're fun too, they work hard but we all have a good time."
