Unlike many other popular fast-food chains, Chick-Fil-A is something you can enjoy while still watching your calorie intake, as the company offers healthier options. Along with their popular chicken sandwiches, Chick-Fil-A offers a variety of sides and other menu items that many say complete the meal.

Chick-Fil-A is looking to expand its breakfast menu and is now offering a new dish for customers to try at limited locations: Chorizo Cheddar Egg Bites. According to the company, the bites are baked in-house and include "whole eggs, Mexican-style chorizo sausage, and a blend of cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses."

The Chorizo Cheddar Egg Bites will be available from August 22 at outlets in Augusta, Georgia; Aiken, South Carolina; Columbus, Ohio; Norfolk and Portsmouth, Virginia; Miami, Florida; and New Orleans, Louisiana. The feedback Chick-Fil-A receives about the breakfast item will determine if it becomes available in all locations.
