Here's What Megan Fox Eats In A Day
By ABBY TARIQ
Despite the many challenges of living a busy life in the spotlight, Megan Fox — a mother of three, an actor, and a model — has always been keen on maintaining her fitness. In 2012, her trainer, Harley Pasternak, revealed that Fox follows a five-factor workout to maintain her physique, and she is also known to partake in circuit training and eat healthy with no cheat day.
Well-Rounded Breakfast
Fox starts her day with a breakfast consisting of egg whites, oatmeal, and almonds and follows a strict five-factor diet by eating small meals five times a day. Her go-to snacks include almonds, fruits, and veggies that are packed with antioxidants and deliver loads of nutrients.
Smoothies
Fox, who previously had a job selling smoothies in Florida, gets her daily nourishment from organic smoothies. Per her trainer, "Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder, and [a] little bit of almond milk."
Sushi
Sushi is a treat Megan Fox prefers eating over starchy, sugary ones. Her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, revealed in an interview that when it comes to late-night cravings, "She's probably ordering sushi. She eats super healthy. Everything is gluten-free and organic on her menu."
Salmon
Fox wasn't always a fan of salmon, but her trainer, Harley, noted, "Megan Fox finally listened to me ... she is now a salmon fan. She will have salmon at least once a day. She'll go have a bunch of salmon sashimi and she'll have a cucumber salad and miso soup and some edamame."
No Gluten
On Instagram, Fox wrote, "I avoid (No gluten! No gmo! No canola oil! No xylitol or erythritol! And many, many more). I oscillate between eating keto and paleo." She has also said, "I cut out all bread and those sort [sic] of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy."
