For many, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Oatmeal is one of the healthiest breakfast meals, and “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston has the perfect hack to make oatmeal even better.
A cup of oatmeal contains about 5 grams of protein, and Aniston adds more to that with egg whites, giving an additional 10 to 20 grams of protein. Her technique is to whip in an egg white right before the oatmeal finishes cooking to provide it with a fluffy texture.
Oatmeal is not the actor’s only go-to breakfast. Aniston sometimes drinks a breakfast smoothie composed of bananas, cherries, protein powder, almonds, cacao powder, and almond milk blended with collagen peptide, and other times she eats classic eggs and toast.
Aniston’s motto is to "eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water." For snacks, she eats a handful of nuts or a fresh apple with nut butter, and she occasionally treats herself to a frozen yogurt topped with a sprinkle of granola.
