In terms of cooking meat, the right grill can make all the difference in the world, especially when it comes to cleanliness. Make sure you have a clean grill before trying to cook any meat on it, because the meat will be both tastier and better for your health.
In order to cook meat and get those classic grill marks, you obviously have to have some heat involved. If your heat is on low, your meat will eventually cook, but it’s definitely not going to taste as good as it would if the heat was higher to begin with.
