Perfect Brisket Rub

Ingredients

-1 tablespoon brown sugar

-1 tablespoon smoked paprika

-1 teaspoon onion powder

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-¼ teaspoon mustard powder

-1 teaspoon celery salt

-1 teaspoon table salt

-¼ teaspoon black pepper

-2 minutes prep


1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.

2. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
3. Rub the spice blend all over the brisket, using as much or as little as you like.
