Simple Baked Mahi Mahi Recipe
- 2 (5-ounce) mahi mahi fillets
- ½ cup salted butter
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced or presse
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced into 2 slices and 4 wedges

- 6 minutes prep, 12 minutes cook
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry, and debone them.

3. Melt the butter, and mix in the minced garlic, chopped herbs, sea salt, and pepper. Stir until the salt dissolves.
4. Place the filets in a greased baking dish. Spoon half of the butter mixture over the top. Top each fillet with 1 lemon slice.

5. Bake on the middle rack for 12 to 16 minutes, based on the thickness of the fillets.

6. Serve the mahi mahi fillets with the remaining herb butter and lemon wedges.
