Snoop Dogg's Rolls Royce PB-Chocolate Chip cookies are distinct from traditional peanut butter cookies. They use a little peanut butter for a nutty, rich, and delicious flavor.
This recipe comes from Snoop's cookbook, "From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes from Tha Boss Dogg's Kitchen." It makes three dozen cookies and only uses ½ cup of peanut butter.
Snoop's recipe calls for high-quality, creamy peanut butter. You can also use chunky peanut butter, which won't affect texture too much but may create a stronger peanut flavor.
When using natural peanut butter for baking, ensure that the oil hasn't separated. Adding a scoop of separated peanut butter can make cookies greasy.
