The Big Bad Budget Battle Host Ree Drummond Is Besties With

Ree Drummond's latest project is the “Big Bad Budget Battle” — which, per her Instagram post, is a “competition show featuring home cooks, smart shopping, [...] and SO much delicious food!” While hosting a competition that also teaches shopping on a budget, it seems that Drummond has found a bestie in one of her co-hosts.
Drummond posted a picture on her Instagram with the caption, “This is a Damaris Phillips appreciation post!” and added, “We both love grandma-style plates, food covered in gravy, and clothes trimmed with ruffles.” In the photo, both women can be seen wearing flowing clothes with ruffles and having similar hairstyles.
Drummond’s new best-friend Damaris Phillips is the playful co-host of the shows “Southern & Hungry” and “The Bobby and Damaris Show,” known for her southern meals and for posting her quirky thrift store finds on her Instagram. Drummond has exclaimed, “It’s so nice to be at my age and [...] make a sweet new friend.”
