The Breakfast Staple Ree Drummond Has 'Endless Love' For

Food Network star Ree Drummond has shared many of her favorite recipes over the years for a perfect breakfast. Her “loves” include cinnamon rolls, mini egg “casseroles,” and migas, but per her recent Instagram video, Drummond shared that she has “Endless Love” for pancakes.
"You never forget your first love,” the Food Network star captioned her post, set to the song "Endless Love" by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross. Drummond’s secret to creating perfect pancakes every time is adding a bit of lemon juice or zest to the batter as a slightly acidic stand-in for buttermilk.
Although she kept things classic in her video — topping her pancakes with butter and maple syrup — some of her other favorite variations include lemon blueberry pancakes, sour cream pancakes, sheet-pan pancakes, and white chocolate chip and berry pancakes.
