The Chick-Fil-A Nuggets That Are Leaving Reddit Unsatisfied

Chick-fil-A is known for its excellent customer service and quality food, but users on Reddit have noticed some problems with the chain’s iconic chicken nuggets. “Most of the time my nuggets are tough and have [as] little as possible breading,” one Redditor wrote, asking the Reddit community if there was a way to request more breading on the nuggets when ordering them.
One user explained that the quality of breading on the nugget has everything to do with the amount of milk wash the employees use, as that is what “keeps the coating on the nuggets long enough for them to cook properly.” The user added, “if you've ever breaded as I have, if you put too much milk wash, you'll get monster nuggets.”
In response to the original poster’s question, one Redditor advised that it was unlikely for Chick-fil-A to take a special request for extra breading “because it will tie up a whole fryer for one guest.” Another user responded with an alternative and suggested ordering a filet and chopping it up or going for the chicken tenders instead.
