As fast food workers know too well, one of the toughest parts of the job is dealing with rude customers. It seems one Dunkin'-craving customer wasn't aware that even if you're having a bad day, it's no excuse to take it out on the employees.
A TikTok user posted a video of a rude customer yelling at an employee in a Dunkin’ at an airport location, saying that the slow service is going to make her miss her flight. However, serving customers during rush hour is no easy feat, and it’s common knowledge that the Dunkin’ employees are doing their best to get you your order.
Among the 62,000 comments on the video, many people leapt to the employee's defense. One commenter articulated our thoughts perfectly: “You know what I do if I'm running late for a flight? Not stop to get food and blame the person behind the counter.”
