By HEATHER CLARK
Eating a sandwich isn’t always the healthiest choice, and you might eat your entire daily recommended amount of sodium and calories in one sandwich from Jersey Mike’s menu. We compared the sodium and calorie content of all 34 Jersey Mike’s sandwiches to figure out which sandwiches are the healthiest and least healthy, using Jersey Mike's Nutritional Guide.
The lowest-cal sandwich on Jersey Mike’s menu is a tie between the No. 16 Mike's Chicken Philly and the No. 19 BBQ Beef, both of which come in at 670 calories. If you want the lowest sodium, the best option is No. 6 Roast Beef and Provolone, and if you want the fewest of both calories and sodium, go for either BBQ Beef or the Roast Beef and Provolone.
Ranked by calories, the unhealthiest option is the No. 9 Club Supreme, listed at 1,130 calories, and if you’re concerned with sodium, the No. 44 Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak contains a whopping 3,512.74 mg of sodium.
