If you live in the California area or find yourself frequently visiting, there’s a high chance that you’ve stopped for some food at a nearby In-N-Out to indulge a little bit. It’s hard to resist their many offerings.

Their stacked menu offers something for everybody, and plenty of customers know about their secret menu as well. Countless people have enjoyed their secret “Animal Fries,” but there’s another secret menu that you likely haven’t heard of.

An In-N-Out manager named Kathy said that the employees at each store make their own secret menu items, including some that cut potatoes long-ways to make fries called “mojos.” Others want to take their skills to the next level by creating salsa burgers or even tacos, but these are things you can only get if you’re an employee.
