Food Network star Guy Fieri calls for a surprising addition to his guac. Ready in just 30 minutes, Fieri folds chorizo into the smashed avocados after browning it in a pan.
The chef's recipe also calls for broiled onions, poblano peppers, jalapeños, cilantro, juice from a broiled lime, and crushed chicharrones for a bit of crunch.
