While Chick-fil-A offers relatively healthy options, the fact is that it’s a fast food chain, and fast food isn’t supposed to be healthy. For something decidedly unhealthy, start the main course with Chick-fil-A’s Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich with 540 calories and 25 grams of fat.
The least healthy side dish available at Chick-fil-A is the newly-introduced mac and cheese, and it’s even worse than the waffle fries. The mac and cheese stands at a huge 440 calories and 27 grams of fat, compared to the 360 calories and 18 grams of fat the fries have.
In beverages, nothing offers maximum unhealthiness like a shake. The cookies and cream shake has 610 calories and 25 grams of fat, but the summer season-only peach milkshake is worse, with a whopping 670 calories and 22 grams of fat.
With an entire total of 1,590 calories and 77 grams of fat, one unhealthy meal from Chick-fil-A almost equals the recommended daily calories and fat intake. However, even the seemingly-healthy Cobb Salad with Nuggets and Avocado Lime Ranch dressing comes in at 860 calories and 61 grams of fat.
