Mashed asked nearly 600 U.S.-based eaters what their favorite spot for steak was, and the results were neck and neck. At the bottom of the list, you’ll find Flemings (4.92%) and the Capital Grille (5.93%).
The bronze medal went to Outback Steakhouse (17.8%), as people love their large steaks and Bloomin’ Onion. Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse came in a close second (22.37%), thanks to their signature 500-degree plates and dedication to quality.
The top steakhouse, however, was Texas Roadhouse, with almost a quarter of the vote (24.4%). The appetizers are popular here as well, and one of the biggest perks is choosing the exact cut of meat you want from the butcher’s case.
