There are a lot of normal variations in egg appearance, from the color and thickness of the shell to the brightness and consistency of the yolk and white inside. These differences are nothing to be worried about, but if you notice this one thing about your eggs, you need to throw them away.
If you notice that your egg whites are pink or pearly white, then you should toss them in the garbage immediately. This means that your eggs have Pseudomonas bacteria growing inside, which you obviously don’t want to consume, due to food poisoning concerns.
Pseudomonas bacteria generally grows whenever eggs are exposed to excrement and/or mud. However, if your yolks are bright yellow or orange, you don’t have to worry, because your egg is perfectly edible.
