Trader Joe's Just Turned Brussels Sprouts Into Your Favorite Side Dish
By KIMBERLEY LAWS

Growing up, was your most-hated food the Brussels sprout, AKA the veggie with the nose-piercing odor that your mom would boil into a ball of watery mush? Even if you're a devout sprout hater, Trader Joe's may have found a way to make these usually stinky little green balls taste delicious.

Trader Joe's Brussels Sprouts and Uncured Bacon Ravioli could be the right way to introduce or reintroduce you to this misunderstood vegetable. Instagram and Reddit users are wholly enthused about the product, with one customer even writing, "This is by far the all-time greatest new product reveal."

Other users offered preparation ideas, with one recommending classic olive oil and Parm, while another wrote, "I might try this pan fried with chili garlic crisp." If you have ever paired roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, you'll know that TJ's new pasta uses a flavor match made in heaven, no matter how you dress it.
