Cut bananas length-wise, brush with vegetable oil, sprinkle with coconut sugar, and heat for 12 minutes at 350 F. Sticky and sweet, these are great on peanut butter toast or oatmeal for breakfast, or top them with ice cream, chocolate syrup, and a few cherries for dessert.
Mix together the ground meat of your choice, an egg, panko breadcrumbs, milk, spices, and diced onion, shape the loaf, and then cook it for 25 minutes at 350 F. Then, add a barbecue and ketchup glaze, and cook for five more minutes.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract, dip the bread slices into the mixture, and then air fry for six minutes at 335 F in the parchment-lined basket. Make sure to flip the slices of bread halfway through for an even finish, and before serving, add your favorite toppings.
First, prepare the frittata mixture with eggs, vegetable and/or meat fillings of your choice, and salt and pepper. Then, spray a circular pan that fits inside your air fryer with non-stick spray, pour in the prepared mixture, and cook the frittata for 15 minutes at 375 F.
