It’s always best to talk to current employees when you’re thinking of applying for a new job. This is exactly what Reddit user @judgementchains did on a ChickFilAWorkers subreddit, asking employees if they would recommend working at Chick-fil-A to others.
The responses revealed varied experiences, all of which depended entirely on the individual location and management. Good franchise locations offered better pay, nicer customers, friendly coworkers, and flexible working hours compared to other stores in the same state.
Employees at other locations, though, cited frustrating upper management, rude customers, and excessive work hours as reasons to stay away from the chicken chain. However, Chick-fil-A employee @SetandPowder gave the best advice to try it for yourself and see.
