Though the offerings at Arby's differ from the typical burger joint, their food is pretty much the same when it comes to nutrition. The Arby's half-pound Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich comes in at a whopping 740 calories, and it also has 39 grams of fat and 2,530 milligrams of sodium.
The classic Beef n’ Cheddar is obviously smaller, but it still includes 20 grams of fat and 1,280 milligrams of sodium. The French Dip sandwich may sound healthier, but it actually has 2,540 milligrams of sodium and 33 grams of fat, so there just isn’t a healthy option when it comes to Arby’s roast beef.
If you’re trying to eat a bit healthier, Arby’s still has a few options. Their roast chicken salad is low-calorie and protein-rich, and the roast turkey gyro will get you some vegetables as well, despite having more calories and fat than the salad.
