The Burger King Breakfast Charcuterie Board That Totally Checks Out

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but how often do you find yourself rushing to get something in your body before your busy day ahead? Thankfully, since the establishment of breakfast menu items at popular fast-food restaurants in the 1970s, breakfast has never been easier for those of us rushing out the door for work first thing in the morning. In fact, over 22% of Americans eat fast food for breakfast, which isn't surprising since McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and even Chick-fil-A constantly update and provide early-morning quick breakfast for those in a hurry (via Bill Pin).

When it comes to a  Burger King breakfast, it has been an uphill journey for the fast-food chain to nail down its food offerings. Now though, the ever-so-delicious Croissan'wiches, Egg-normous Burritos, French Toast Sticks, and Hash Browns are just what the doctor ordered and have served well for the company's customers. Sure, you might swing through the drive-thru to get your breakfast in a hurry, but what if you took the time to enjoy and savor BK's breakfast?

Rise n' shine with a BK breakfast charcuterie board

Waking up to breakfast in bed is one thing. Waking up to a whole breakfast charcuterie board is another level we're about to unlock. While we already know how to build the perfect charcuterie board with cheese and meat, we were totally unaware of this breakfast platter. In true TikTok fashion, a video recently emerged of a Burger King breakfast charcuterie board that we didn't know we needed but now we're kind of obsessed with.

So, what exactly goes into a BK breakfast charcuterie board? First, napkins and small bowls for condiments are placed on a wooden board. Then, you start creatively displaying your BK breakfast, laying out French toast sticks, hash brown bites, breakfast sandwiches, and sauces. Last but not least, top it off with a mini Burger King sign cut and made from the hash brown's BK logo paper bag for the finishing touches.

While going out for a fast-food breakfast is a treat in of itself, taking the extra time to display the food and relishing it all on a lazy Saturday or Sunday morning makes it even better.
