Lauren Sarazen is a freelance writer specializing in food, travel, arts and culture. She graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Creative Writing and received her MA in Littérature Anglophone from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Her words have appeared in Elle, Shondaland, and The Washington Post, among others. Outside of her journalistic pursuits, she loves trying out new restaurants and recipes and exploring new cuisines.


Lauren holds a BFA in Creative Writing from Chapman University in sunny Orange, California and continued her education with a MA in Littérature Anglophone at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, France.
