On the first day of January, two popular Instagram users spotted the new produce saver pods on Aldi shelves and shared them with their followers. Both Aldi fan Instagram profiles @theamazingaldi and @aldi.mademedoit alerted the public to the Crofton brand stretch pods, saying that they might be able to pick up on their next trip to the budget-friendly grocery store.
When the pods first appeared, @theamazingaldi captioned their post, "Happy New Year's Eve all of you beautiful people! I saved my entire sparkling wine New Year's countdown for tonight so you might not hear from me for a while!!!!
