Chick-Fil-A Fans Are Confused About This Spicy Grilled Chicken Wrap

Secret menus at large chain restaurants, such as Chick-fil-A, aren't much of a secret anymore. Most fans of Starbucks, for instance, know how to order off their secret menu to create a rainbow of unique drink experiences.

However, other chain restaurants are known to crack down on any kind of menu creativity, which is why a recent post on the subreddit r/ChickFilA gained more than a little notoriety. The post featured a snap of a delicious-looking wrap with the caption: "Our local CFA made us Cool Wraps with the spicy grilled chicken" (via Reddit).

Harmless, no? Well, maybe not. One commenter wrote: "I wouldn't post this on a public forum, corporate doesn't like when wraps are made with other types of chicken as there is not a specific procedure for making them. On another note, that looks soooo good!" This comment sparked some discussion over whether or not Chick-fil-A really offers secret menu items. Luckily, Chick-fil-A chimed in to answer the question once and for all.

All the secrets of Chick-fil-A's menu

There's good and bad news for fans of the Chick-fil-A cool wraps with spicy grilled chicken (and other secret or discontinued items). You might be able to order this item off your local restaurant's actual menu, depending on where you are, at least if Reddit is to be believed. More than one comment on the post claimed that the spicy grilled chicken cool wrap is actually on the menu at some locations. Meanwhile, at other locations, you might still be able to order it if you ask nicely, with one person admitting: "I get this almost every day."

Despite the comments to the contrary, there is some precedent for the secret menu at Chick-fil-A. Take, for instance, the Spicy Chicken Biscuit, which was officially removed from the menu in 2016 (via Yahoo! Life). Backlash led the chain to admit in an official statement that "as of 2021, the Spicy Chicken Biscuit is still served at Chick-fil-A restaurants in and around 95 cities across the country." They even listed the locations still selling the biscuit for fan convenience. Given this, it's not difficult to believe that a spicy grilled chicken cool wrap is also an available menu item, whether secret or not.
