Audrey Michels won the Sin-Ming Shaw award for academic excellence for her undergraduate thesis in 2016, and her graduate thesis also received honors. Since then, she's ghost-written an article published by VentureBeat and developed many recipes for online publisher Cooktop Cove. She has also spent time writing articles and blog posts for startup companies in the tech space, and even for a two-time Tony Award winning investor and entrepreneur.

Education

Audrey Michels completed her 4-year bachelor's degree at the American University of Paris in just three years before moving to Ireland to pursue a master's degree from Trinity College Dublin. She arguably spent as much time exploring the culinary culture of those cities as she spent studying their literature.
