Here's What Harry Styles Really Eats In A Day

Harry Styles has grown up in front of our eyes since his One Direction boy band days. He has made a name for himself as a successful solo artist, recording and releasing chart-topping albums and constantly surprising fans and audiences with his applaudable fashion sense. He is also an up-and-coming actor, appearing in films such as "Dunkirk" and "Don't Worry Darling" (via IMDb).

Styles has stolen the hearts of people of all ages around the globe with his impressive pipes, charming personality, beaming grin, and bold, jaw-dropping styles (pun very much intended). Yet, when he's not in the spotlight creating and performing music for all of us to enjoy, Styles goes on about his life as a pretty average Brit. He cares deeply about and tends to his well-being, including his mental and physical health. And now for the burning question we all want answered: What does Harry Styles like to eat in a day? (Hint: He veers away from meat.)

What foods does Harry Styles eat?

Harry Styles revealed lots of fascinating details about his lifestyle, friendships, favorite activities, and diet in an interview with Vogue. (Fun fact: He was the first man in history to be on the cover of the iconic magazine.) For one, he does not eat meat, choosing to follow a pescatarian diet instead. According to WebMD, a pescatarian diet omits meat and poultry, but includes fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, whole grains, beans, eggs, dairy, fish, and other seafood. "My body definitely feels better for it," Styles said in the interview. Among his all-time favorite foods are sweetcorn, tacos, and Brussels sprouts (via The Beet). However, he will not touch olives or beetroot (via Heat World). He has also perfected the art of homemade breadmaking, Mirror reports. A man who loves his carbs? Yes, please!

To get his exercise, Styles loves to practice Pilates. In addition to tending to his bod, he also cares for his mind by taking time to meditate twice a day. "Meditation just brings a stillness that has been really beneficial, I think, for my mental health," he told Vogue. In fact, the Calm app features a recorded meditation session led by Styles' soothing voice called "Dream With Me" (via Refinery29). Don't mind if we do!

There's no word on whether or not the Green Bay Packers fan is also a fan of watermelon — or sugar. Suppose we can leave that one up to our imagination.
