Insomnia Cookies Has Great News For Everything Bagels Fans
To cash in on all of the students moving back to their dorms and staying up at all hours of the night to prep for courses (or just have some fun), Insomnia Cookies is now offering a series of limited-time flavors to help ease the pain.
As ChewBoom reports, these three new cookies take inspiration from breakfast foods, and include options like the Everything Bagel, Cinnamon Bun, and Cereal N Milk Cookie. While the latter two sound delicious — the Cinnamon Bun is made by swirling cinnamon around bits of cream cheese and cinnamon chips, and the and Cereal N Milk Cookie packs Fruity Pebbles cereal, marshmallows, and white chocolate chips into a brown butter cookie — it's the Everything Bagel that's really intriguing. These sweet cookies have a bit of peppery bite with the poppyseed and onion flavoring you'd expect from the favorite seasoning.
Thrillist writes that the Everything Bagel cookie and the Cinnamon Bun cookie are currently available while the launch of Cereal N Milk Cookie has been held back until September 13 to help celebrate the annual PJ Party thrown by Insomnia Cookies.

While the new baked goods are the focus, Insomnia Cookies has also announced some fun events to go along with promoting the new breakfast-inspired cookie flavors, which are meant to "help motivate students during early morning classes, or late-night study sessions," according to ChewBoom.
First, as the company explained in a press release, there will be the return of the brand's annual PJ Party on September 13 at 200-plus locations across the country, and on the same day that the Cereal N Milk cookie debuts. The last PJ Party occurred in 2019, before the world entered a global lockdown. Philly Voice explained that the event consisted of 6- and 12-cookie boxes at half price and free merchandise for anyone that showed up in their pajamas. As of press time, there's been no official word on what this year's PJ Party deals might be but more info should be forthcoming.
And if you want another way to celebrate, now through September 13, Insomnia Cookies is also running a "Sweet Freedom" sweepstakes. The grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 gift card, a "milk" pong table, and a branded onesie. Five runners up will each receive a $250 gift card and a onesie, with the idea being you can throw your own PJ party any time.
