One person, who supposedly is a seasoned Chick-Fil-A employee, shared that the flatbreads are indeed used in stores and the specific wrap is the flaxseed flatbread.

According to the Whole Foods website, the flax seed flatbread is sold in certain stores. The tortilla wrap is actually called lavash bread, which is similar in style to a flatbread. Damascus Bakeries is the brand, and the closest dupe is the Roll-Ups Fiber Fit Flax Roll.
