Die-Hard Subway Cookie Fans Won't Want To Miss This NYC Pop-Up

In honor of National Cookie Day — which happens to be this Saturday, December 4th — Subway will be celebrating in style with its first-ever pop-up. Even better, it's devoted solely to their uber-popular soft baked cookies. In a press release, the sandwich chain announced the arrival of a limited-time cookie-centric restaurant geared towards its passionate cookie fan base.

"Subway is making cookie fans' dreams a reality with Cookieway, the brand's first-ever pop-up restaurant dedicated exclusively to Subway's signature dessert and one of its most popular menu items," the brand shared. The Cookieway pop-up, which will be located at 91 Allen Street in New York City, is set to open its doors Thursday, December 2nd, through Sunday, December 5th. The confectionary pop-up will be open from 2-6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and 1-5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The specialty shop, which promises to offer "mouth-watering treats, exclusive merchandise, larger-than-life cookie installations and sweet moments curated to celebrate cookie love," will feature a variety of beloved Subway cookie flavors in addition to some exciting new ones.

The cookie pop-up shop will feature two exclusive flavors

In addition to the chain's classic flavors, like Chocolate Chip, White Chip Macadamia Nut, Oatmeal Raisin, and Raspberry Cheesecake, seasonal flavors such as Caramel Apple, Caramel Brownie, and S'mores cookies will also be available at the pop-up. And, as an extra special treat, fans will also have the opportunity to taste two Cookieway exclusives: Double Chocolate and M&M.

Fans who stop by the shop will be able to snag a complimentary six-pack of cookies while supplies last. They can also make a donation to Make-A-Wish Metro New York, a nonprofit dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of critically ill children in the New York metropolitan area.

"National Cookie Day is the perfect holiday to celebrate our iconic cookies and creates an opportunity to support the great work of Make-A-Wish," said Carrie Walsh, Subway's Chief Marketing Officer. "Subway is launching Cookieway as a special thank you to our fans, who overwhelm us with love for our cookies and have helped make Subway cookies the co-star of our menu."
