According to Debravolskis, you can make pancakes whenever you want as long as you have an ice tray. In one of her Instagram posts about freezer pancakes, she details her recipe and cooking instructions which dictate that after freezing and storing your batter with its toppings in the ice tray, you can pop a few out to cook on low heat with a bit of oil for a quick breakfast hack.
Most TikTok users are in love with this hack, but a few remain on the fence about it and are concerned about the leavening agents being unable to rise due to the frozen batter.
