Trader Joe's describes the development of this dish as a fusion inspired by Tokyo travels at an "unforgettable savory mochi appetizer at an udon bar." Repackaged for home cooking, this entree combines a cacophony of flavor and texture with a crispy exterior, surrounding a soft, chewy mochi interior of a sweet and spicy bite of sauce-covered chicken and vegetables. The ingredient list tells us that these bites include celery, green onions, water chestnuts, bell peppers, and cabbage.

No microwave instructions, but I did out of laziness. Burned them and set off fire alarm," confessed one Twitter user.
