It's a tie between the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich and the Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich. Both are 335 calories. While the former has 18 grams of fat, 30 grams of carbohydrates, and 12.5 grams of protein, the Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich has 16 grams of fat, 30.8 grams of carbohydrates, and 16 grams of protein. 

According to Eat This, Not That!, both the sandwiches are two of the relatively healthier options on the Burger King breakfast menu. However, the outlet gives the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissan'Wich more points for being lower in sodium — naturally boosting the flavor of the egg and cheese with bacon instead of extra salt.
