Aldi Shoppers Can't Get Over These Festive Cheddar Cheeses

'Tis the season for good cheer, spending time with loved ones, and, of course, eating. As the holiday season ramps up, opportunities abound for people to engage in some festive holiday snacking. From eggnog and Christmas cookies to turkey and candy canes, there is no shortage of tasty treats to enjoy at this time of year, and Aldi is adding even more goodies to the mix. The store is bringing a merry assortment of cheeses back to their shelves for the 2020 holiday season, which are sure to delight all holiday snackers.

The discount supermarket chain just announced they are releasing an adorable selection of festive cheddar cheeses wrapped in holiday-themed packaging. They are perfect for a holiday party cheese platter, or if you're simply in the mood for enjoying a cheery snack in front of your own fireplace. According to Aisle of Shame, these cheeses are set to hit stores on December 2.

Aldi's cheddar cheeses come in three festive packages

These treats are a part of Aldi's Emporium Selection of cheeses, and feature three different varieties, according to Popsugar. For those who are a fan of strong cheeses, the Mature Cheddar Cheese packs a bold flavor into a holiday-appropriate star-shaped package. The bright red Santa Claus package houses the delicious Cheddar Cheese With Port Wine, while the Cheddar Cheese With Caramelized Onion is packaged like an incredibly cheerful snowman.

The Instagram account @aldifavoritefinds eagerly announced this holiday Aldi find on their page, saying: " So excited to see these a few days early! Festive cheeses for $3.99 each ... Which one caught your eye?" Followers were delighted by the wintery designs. User @pritchard.erin celebrated, saying: "CHEESES GLORIOUS CHEESES," while @sarnicole1214 announced: "that does it! Buying ALLLLLL the cheese." Instagram user @odettelauro simply remarked, "look how cute."

The best part is, these cheeses — and, yes, they are cute — are available for just under $4 a pop, so you don't have to feel guilty about grabbing one of each.
