According to National Today, 54 percent of Americans love a fresh bagel and 75 percent of them want it warm and toasty. Fortunately for us, there will be a handful of places that are offering just that this Friday.
Einstein Bros Bagels are kicking things off this week, with its promotion running through the end of the month. Those who use the Einstein Bros Bagels' app to order in advance of getting to their nearest location, can get any egg sandwich for free with purchase, according to a press release received by Mashed. To top it off, there are 11 delicious egg sandwiches you can choose from. So, this is a deal you'll definitely want to take advantage of for the next two weeks.
According to Today, Bruegger's Bagels is also offering a deal through the end of January. Customers can get a free bagel with cream cheese, in addition to any purchase they make when they order ahead with the chain's app. But, there are even more places you can score a deal on the national day itself.
Select Tim Hortons' U.S. locations are also offering a promotion for the day (via Today). There will be $1 bagels for customers with no other purchases needed. Just order with the app or online. Sounds pretty easy to us!

Dunkin' Donuts is also getting in on the celebration — at least at its Springhill Avenue location in Mobile, Ala. This location is providing the first 100 customers on Jan. 15, with a free plain bagel (via WKRG). So, you might want to double-check with your local Dunkin' store to see if they also have any freebies.
If you need something to spread on top of all those plain bagels, you should turn to Philadelphia Cream Cheese. The brand has 10,000 tubs of Philly Cream Cheese to give away to fans for National Bagel Day, according to a press release received by Mashed. Philadelphia Cream Cheese has also partnered with Thomas' Bagels to provide a $0.50 off a tub of its cream cheese when it's bought with a pack of Thomas' Bagels, according to the release. If that isn't enough, Thomas' Bagels is also donating $100,000 to Operation Warm, a nonprofit that provides new heavy coats to children who need them, according to Today. It won't give you a free breakfast, but the gesture should make you feel good about buying this brand of bagels.
