What You Can Always Expect From Chick-Fil-A Food

Chick-fil-A is one of those legendary brand names that remains well-known almost all part in thanks to its comfort food options. According to Entrepreneur, the brand is often linked to the popularity of its chicken sandwiches in the U.S. There's good reason for this, too. Chick-fil-A takes it food items rather seriously, and you're not going to get a soggy or freezer burnt chicken patty on your sandwich.

Chew on this: it took the brand around seven years and a lot of money ($50 million) to come up with one of its staple menu items: the nuggets (via Entrepreneur). This is just one example of why many people believe you're in good hands when ordering food at Chick-fil-A, especially considering that the brand has been around for a long time. According to the company website, all of its dishes are freshly prepared and made with the vision to bring down overall food waste — so you can expect decent quality, too, for a fast food restaurant at the very least.

Chick-fil-A is serious about the quality of food on offer

As reported by Reader's Digest, the concept of fresh food is taken rather seriously at Chick-fil-A. While this is still fast food, the menu is fairly decent. A former manager at one of the outlets explained on Reddit that every dish is prepared fresh for the most part.

This was in response to a curious Redditor who wondered if the food is really "made-to-order.'" The ex-manager explained that the brand doesn't even like keeping out food for too long. "Predominantly, it's made pretty close. Hot food doesn't sit out any longer than 20 minutes and the salads and other prep food are made fresh each morning." So, if you've been worried about the quality of fresh food available at the restaurant, you can breathe easy. As per an Insider piece, chicken at every Chick-fil-A outlet is never frozen, and employees work with fresh produce every day.

If you're really wary of getting a super fresh meal, Spoon University has a useful tip for you if you're a Chick-fil-A loyalist: ask for customized dishes to get them hot. Why? Well, whenever the staff members need to tweak a dish, they cook them separately instead of tossing them in with the other items.
