Fonda is quite fond of fruits and vegetables

Well, Jane Fonda definitely knows a thing or two about healthy eating. She told Well+Good in an interview that she's mindful of everything she eats and makes a conscious effort to include fruits and vegetables in her diet. She said, "I eat fresh fruits and vegetables every single day. I eat almost no meat. And I've cut way back on fish." Her logic is simple: Many folks don't get a chance to eat anything except fish for their protein requirements in some parts of the world and need it much more than her. She explained, "There are places in the world where fish is people's only source of protein, so in a country like ours, where we have other choices, we should reduce our eating of fish."

And as per Hello Magazine, Fonda also tries to stay away from sugar focuses on eating fresh, colorful foods. In fact, Fonda said, "I don't go to bed without having something dark green, dark purple, red, orange, or yellow." She's also a fan of including healthy snacks in her diet like low-fat cottage cheese and fruit.
