TikTok Is Freaking Out About These Dinosaur-Shaped Quesadillas

No matter your age, everything is better when it's shaped like a dinosaur. Though dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets were the go-to for many, there's a new prehistoric themed meal that's getting a lot of attention on social media. The TikTok was posted by user @natyvaro1, and the video shows that these dinosaur-shaped quesadillas are definitely several levels above using a cooking cutter to shape food.

In the video, someone is making quesadillas that look like dinosaurs by hand before frying them. But the amazing catch is that these are 3D dinosaurs that look to be the size of children's toys, which is so much more impressive than a 2D quesadilla. The person making them forms each dinosaur by hand in the likeness of several different kinds of dinosaurs and stuffs them with fillings before placing them in the deep fryer. You can even get dinosaurs made with yellow corn or blue corn for the outside of the quesadilla. It's no wonder these quesadillas are going viral.

TikTok can't get enough of the video

Since the video was shared to TikTok, it has gotten more than 1.8 million likes, 105,300 shares and 21,100 comments. Clearly, foodie fans just can't get enough of this video or the show-stopping quesadillas it highlights. One follower wrote, "Omg this is the most adorable things I've ever seen!!! I need to go!!" Another fan added, "I would give anything to be melting the roof of my mouth with one of these right now." It's definitely not a trend that many could replicate at home easily. Instead, you'll have to visit the restaurant to get this photo-worthy treat.

However, the restaurant that makes these dino style quesadillas is located in Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico. That's just about an hour and 15-minute drive from Monterrey, Mexico. As the TikTok video shares, you really can't miss this place once you get there. The exterior wall of the restaurant says "Dino Quesadillas" right on it. Not to mention, it also has colorful dinosaurs standing all around the written claim to fame. Even the interior of the restaurant has some dinosaur-themed decorations.
