IHOP has just announced they will be launching a brand new 2021 Holiday Menu to help celebrate the season. The menu, which features two tasty new pancake flavors and a sweet seasonal milkshake, among other treats, will only be available at participating locations now through January 2 (via PennLive).
The star of the new menu is IHOP's new Winter Wonderland Pancakes, which feature two tasty, fluffy buttermilk pancakes that look just like a gorgeous winter scene topped with a shimmering blue vanilla swirl, mini marshmallows, and a dusting of powdered sugar snow. This sweet offering will be joined by the new Cranberry Vanilla Pancakes, which are IHOP's signature buttermilk pancakes, now covered with creamy vanilla bean mousse, cranberry topping, whipped cream, and finished off with a dusting of powdered sugar, according to IHOP. And fans who are looking to get into the holiday spirit with a seasonal beverage won't want to miss out on IHOP's new Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake. Made with real hot chocolate and milk, blended with sweet vanilla ice cream, and topped with chocolate drizzle, mini marshmallows, and whipped cream, this new milkshake is a delicious way to ring in the holiday season.

IHOP's new menu also has something for customers that are in the mood for something more savory than sweet. The chain is also launching a new Cali Roasted Turkey Melt, which comes with all-natural roasted turkey breast, hickory-smoked bacon, whole milk cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado, and mayo all piled high atop grilled multigrain bread and served with your choice of a side, according to Chew Boom. Younger diners can enjoy the new Jr. Winter Wonderland Combo, which includes one Winter Wonderland pancake, one hickory-smoked bacon strip, one pork sausage link, and one scrambled egg.
Families that want to take advantage of these great holiday offerings from home can even celebrate with IHOP's new Holiday Celebrations Family Feast. The feast, which is only available for IHOP 'N Go, is served with four helpings each of scrambled eggs and hash browns, and your choice of eight hickory-smoked bacon strips or eight pork sausage links. Finally, each order is completed with eight fluffy buttermilk pancakes, served with a variety of sweet holiday decorations, including vanilla bean mousse, cranberry topping, shimmering blue vanilla sauce, and mini marshmallows, so families can recreate their own winter wonderland at home.
