According to Uber Eats on Instagram, customers who place their Starbucks drink or food order via the Uber Eats app will earn a $10 discount code via email to "deliver forward" to up to 30 friends and family members. Per FanSided, the program is kind of like a virtual version of the popular pay it forward trend, in which customers offer to pay for the order of the person behind them in stores or at the drive-thru. The Deliver It Forward promotion runs now until December 17, or until all 100,000 codes have been claimed. While not all menu items are eligible (see the restrictions in the app), this could be an easy yet meaningful way to spread some holiday cheer to those special coffee and tea drinkers in your life, both near and far.

Where does pop music icon and Hollywood heartthrob Joe Jonas come into all of this? The Grammy-nominated singer announced on his Instagram that the first 25,000 customers to order Starbucks via the Uber Eats app with the promo code "JOEJONAS" would not only win a $10 Deliver It Forward code, but also a $10-off voucher to use on their own Starbucks order. Basically, Jonas is treating you and a loved one to a coffee and pastry.
Jonas even participated in the Deliver It Forward program himself. He delivered frontline workers at an Atlanta-based hospital a supply of warm coffee drinks and treats as a big thank you for everything they've done over the course of the pandemic. The limited-time offer won't be around for long, so act fast and be sure to place your Starbucks order via Uber Eats ASAP.
