Sasha has been deeply immersed in the food and nutrition space since becoming a registered dietitian in 2016. Her career path has taken her everywhere from worksite wellness to recipe development, and she currently works in nutrition communications to help companies from start-ups to major food brands tell their food and nutrition stories. She keeps a pulse on food trends and industry developments via nutrition conferences, dietetics publications, trend reports and more and can often be found trying the latest recipe trend out for herself!


Sasha has both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Dietetics, the first from Indiana University Bloomington and the second from Loyola University Chicago.
