Jennifer Garner Drinks This Sparkling Fruit Drink Instead Of Wine
If you've kept up with "Alias" star Jennifer Garner's life, you know how much she adores wine. To use the parlance of our times, one could say that the mother-of-three is an oenophile.
Garner has never shied away from talking about her love of the grape. The actor shared in a November 2021 Instagram Live that when the pandemic raged, she would serve herself half a glass to a glass per night and a couple of glasses on the weekend. She was never much of a drinker, but she developed a taste for wine when she became a mother. Garner has even rapped about it.
But her fondness for wine was starting to look like a problem to her, so Garner went sober for a while. The positive differences she noticed in her overall health and energy levels made her reevaluate her relationship with the liquor. Now, she has substituted it for a healthier alternative, and it sounds utterly refreshing and delicious.
Jennifer Garner's wine replacement
Jennifer Garner has limited her wine consumption to once a week now, but vinic pleasures don't really have a strong hold on her anymore. Speaking to Yahoo! Life, Garner revealed that a new concoction currently has her heart. "I love sparkling water with blueberry juice. That is my end-of-day drink because I've really realized I don't need a glass of wine. I don't, and I think during the pandemic we just kind of got used to having a glass of wine to tell us the day is over and we made it," she said. The actress shared that she mostly drinks this beverage and will have wine once a week.
You don't necessarily need blueberry juice to make a refreshing drink like Garner's. As long as you use real fruit juice sans added sugar, you can also use it as a substitute for sodas. SFGATE recommends adding equal parts of sparkling water and your choice of fruit juice for a healthy refresher. Berries and citrusy fruits go well with carbonated water.
