Dunkin's Anticipated Biscuit Bites Are A Bacon, Egg, And Cheese In One
From resolutions and fresh starts to upcoming events and celebrations, a new year can bring a lot of excitement, and Dunkin' wants to add to the new year's joy with its 2023 winter menu. In a press release from December 2022, the chain announced Dunkin' Midnight, which is a new dark brew coffee with chocolate notes, along with a new brown butter toffee latte that includes espresso and notes of toffee and brown butter. Dunkin' is also offering classic donuts for $1 with every purchase of a medium or large cold or hot coffee, and it calls this new offer "Dunkin' Run."
As far as food goes, Dunkin' is bringing back its sweet black pepper snacking bacon and brownie batter donut, which is filled with buttercream that tastes like a chocolate brownie. The bacon will be available on its own or as part of the sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich. Two new food items are also being introduced; a bacon avocado tomato sandwich and stuffed biscuit bites.
The avocado sammie will include bacon, oven-roasted seasoned tomatoes, and avocado spread on top of sourdough bread and served toasted. While the Dunkin' press release doesn't say how long the new items will be around, a Dunkin' employee posted a picture on the r/DunkinDonuts Reddit subthread showing exactly how long the new items will be on the menu.
The winter menu is available for a limited time
According to the press release, Dunkin's new Stuffed Biscuit Bites feature scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese all inside biscuit dough. Dunkin' fans expressed their excitement over the new winter menu on the r/DunkinDonuts Reddit thread. One user commented, "Oh d*mn stuffed biscuit bites sound good."
In the Reddit post, the photo shows that the brown butter toffee latte and the brownie batter donut will be in stores until February 21, 2023, the biscuit bites and bacon avocado tomato sandwich will be in stores until April 25, 2023, and the sweet black pepper snacking bacon and accompanying sandwich will be around until August 15, 2023.
To celebrate the new winter menu for 2023, Dunkin' is rewarding its reward members with a few different offers from January 1 to January 31, 2023. Offers with a qualifying purchase include free medium cold brew or other iced coffee, a free bacon avocado tomato sandwich, free stuffed biscuit bites, and a medium latte for $2.
