Kim Zolciak-Biermann reveals her surprising eating habits

Kim Zolciak-Biermann, reality TV star and matriarch of Bravo's Don't Be Tardy, isn't what most would call an adventurous eater. Fans of the show know that personal chef Tracey Bloom has sometimes struggled to get the Biermann family to think outside the box when it comes to food, but Kim simply likes what she likes, and nobody is going to change her mind. "I love pasta, vegetables, and allllll sweets," she told an inquiring fan in the past. 

Another favorite in Kim's fridge? Chardonnay, and plenty of it — served in a red Solo cup, of course. Zolciak-Biermann could hardly contain her excitement last June when chef Tracey procured 40 bottles of her favorite wine — a 2013 reserve Chardonnay from Cakebread Cellars in Napa Valley. While 40 bottles might sound like a lot, it turns out the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star drinks wine every day.

Zolciak-Biermann took to Instagram Stories recently for an AMA session, and got plenty of questions about her eating and drinking habits, no doubt because she frequently posts bikini pics showing off her toned body. Her responses, however, were a little surprising (via Bravo's The Feast). Along with that "glass of wine a day"? She answered, "I don't eat red meat or pork. Not very much poultry either. I drink at least 4 @pentawater a day. I eat a banana before every workout. I don't eat breakfast I only drink my @310nutrition shake."

Wine every day, plenty of pasta, and "allllll sweets" sounds like a pretty doable diet, if you ask us.

Kim's daughter, Brielle Biermann, takes things even further than her mother when it comes to enjoying an enviable diet, and credits her physique to fast food, namely Chick-fil-A nuggets, waffle fries, and Diet Coke. According to the younger Biermann, "...when i wanna lose weight i only eat chickfila [sic]." If only.
