The Truth About Amber Lancaster From Hell's Kitchen Season 19

Gordon Ramsay is ready to begin an expletive-filled tirade as he judges a whole lineup of new chefs in Hell's Kitchen season 19 – the first season ever in an existing restaurant at Caesar's Palace (via Gold Derby). Eighteen new cast members will join the "Sin City" edition including the Red Team's Amber Lancaster of Chicago, IL. Lancaster is currently listed as the Executive Chef at Aparium Hotel Group and describes herself professionally, "I am a Culinary Professional currently living in Chicago, Il. I have a very diverse culinary background, I am an avid learner, and I am also a very hard worker" (via LinkedIn).

And chef Amber is thrilled to be part of this new cooking season. On Instagram, she shares, "Here we are ladies and gentlemen the wait is almost over! The premiere date is official! Formally trained at Le Cordon Bleu, chef Lancaster also has a Bachelor of Arts in French Langauge and Literature from Loyola University.

Chef Amber has a longtime following

While appearing on Hell's Kitchen is big news, television and publicity aren't new for this talented chef. In a July 2019 interview, the kitchen talent received a glowing assessment about her interactions with Chef Works®, which involved a photoshoot, interviews, a video podcast appearance, and discussions with the company's product development team. "Chef Amber is one of the hottest chefs in Chicago and because of her network television appearances, the entire country is getting to know her," said Amanda Stuckey, vice president of marketing for Chef Works® (via Chef Works).

But it's not all work for this talented up-and-coming chef – she also clearly has fun and loves hanging with her friend from the kitchen as well as outside of work. Lancaster is the proud doggy mom of 6-year-old Izzy and Teddy (via Instagram) and shares her contagious smile widely across social media.

As for what we can look forward to during this current television season, one previous fan describes this cook's potential: "Genuine talent always rises to the top! Always so exciting to read about Chef Amber!" Good luck, chef – and don't overcook the risotto!
