Aldi's Fruity New Moscato Flavor Is Perfect For Summer

If summer isn't arriving fast enough for you, Aldi has the perfect way to kickstart the season early. Though the grocery store has plenty of seasonal and year-round offerings that have developed a sort of cult following — including the Everything Bagel Seasoning that more than 20% of shoppers always buy — if you consider yourself a wino, you know the true star of the show is Aldi's selection of delicious and irresistible wines. Their newest offering fits right in with the rest of them.

Released just this week, we predict that the new Massimino Peach Moscato will be all the craze this summer. Originating in Italy and made with "fragrant floral and juicy peach notes," the 750 mL bottle pairs perfectly with both fruity desserts and appetizers that are on the lighter side, according to the Aldi website.

This new peach Moscato (not to be confused with 2020's sweet peach wine release) serves as a follow-up to last year's mango Moscato, according to an Instagram post from @aldi.mademedoit. And while there hasn't been much talk yet about reviving that flavor for this year, that hasn't stopped Aldi shoppers and enthusiasts from getting excited about the newest refreshing summer sparkler.

Aldi shoppers think the new Peach Moscato will be a hit

On April 21, Instagrammer @aldi.mademedoit posted one of the first looks at the glorious bottle for their followers to revel in, noting, "If this is anything like the mango that they came out with last year, this moscato will be heaven on this earth!! If I didn't already have some I need to try, I would have 100% grabbed it!"

Followers of the Instagram account were equally as excited about the new Moscato, which is a sweet and fizzy white or Rosé varietal, according to Barefoot Wine. "I grabbed one. Can't wait to try it," one commenter wrote. Another exclaimed, "This is my favorite one! So good!!" Unfortunately for some, however, the wine won't be available in all areas as a few followers noted that certain Aldi stores cannot sell alcohol. Here's to hoping that you'll be able to find the soon-to-be fan favorite at your local Aldi ASAP — we have a feeling this one will sell out fast.
