Disney Fans Are Loving This 50th Anniversary Cup From Starbucks
A buzzy new reusable cup sold exclusively at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" just might be the season's must-have accessory for Disney and Starbucks fans alike. In honor of Disney World's 50th Anniversary, Disney will be embarking on an 18-month long celebration of the famed theme park, beginning on October 1 (via Disney). To commemorate the magical occasion, the company has created a variety of celebratory merchandise, including one glittering cup that has mouse-eared coffee drinkers excited.
Ahead of the official October launch date, some of the special-edition merchandise — including a collaboration with the world's largest coffee company — appears to already be rolling out in Disney World gift shops, according to a social media post from an eagle-eyed fan.
Instagram user @rose_red_disney, who shares Disney-related happenings with her 17,000+ followers, posted about finding the special-edition tumbler at one of the theme park's shops with the caption: "This is what I was hoping to get. This is my most anticipated item I absolutely wanted."
The reusable tumbler features a sparkling, studded iridescent blue exterior with the Starbucks logo on one side and the Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary logo — featuring the words "The World's Most Magical Celebration" — on the other. The cup is topped off with a glittering straw and studded lid.

Disney fans flocked to Rose's Instagram post to express their excitement over the blinged-out tumbler, with comments like: "absolutely amazing I would love this!" and "oh my word that is GORGEOUS."
Others shared their nervousness that they wouldn't be able to snag the commemorative merchandise, given the high demand. One user commented: "hoping they have them until February when we get there," while another asked, "what bets are we taking that these will be sold out by the time I get there?!"
In the caption of the post, Rose empathized with the nervous fans. "I'm hoping they will continually restock this so everyone that wants one can get it," she wrote.
According to Popsugar, it appears the commemorative 50th anniversary tumbler is only being sold at Disney World-affiliated gift shops for now — it's been spotted in both The Magic Kingdom and the nearby shopping and dining area Disney Springs — but is expected to be sold in other locations in the future.
